The Vegetarian Thanksgiving Day Meal Guide

Thanksgiving is next week!

I can’t believe how fast time is going by. If you’re anything like me, you probably feel like you never have enough time in the day to get things done.  And now we have the holiday season coming.

For many people Thanksgiving is a joyous occasion being with family and eating good food.  For others it can be stressful and tiring especially if you have to cook.

Well I have something to hopefully make your Thanksgiving planning and meal prep a little easier.  I’ve put together a Thanksgiving Day recipe guide, that has a menu, shopping list and links to recipes all in one place.

What’s Special About This Meal Guide?

This meal guide is special for a few reasons:

  • It’s vegetarian based so as is it’s perfect for a vegetarian,  For those who aren’t, the addition of a small turkey or turkey breast can be easily added to the menu.
  • The recipe guide is geared towards two to four people.  Many times recipe portions are so big especially holiday recipes so I wanted to create recipes good for small amounts of people.  This is also great for people that don’t want to have tons of leftovers for days on end.
  • Also each recipe takes digestion into consideration.  Ingredients are used that are known to be easy on the tummy.  Speaking from someone who has a lot of digestion issues this meal was easy to digest.  And it did not cause heaviness or bloating.
  • The menu of the meal guide includes two easy desserts you can pick from to make.  If you can’t decide you can make both!

Now I don’t want you to think because you have a family of 6 or you’re going to be having a huge get together and want to bring a big dish, you can’t use the recipes. You can! Just double the portions. You can also contact me by email (desiree@nativebatch.com) and I can assist you if you need help figuring out the measurements.

Also if you’re single you can still prepare this meal,  just look at it as meal prep.  And some of the menu items can be frozen.

Whether you’re going to be home alone, traveling to see family or hosting please be safe and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

So without further ado here’s the Thanksgiving meal guide, happy cooking!

This guide is awesome. The ease of having the hacks and clickable links makes it fun and it takes the guest work out of making it work on one of the busiest days of the year. Thank you!
