Chocolate Mint “Ice Cream” 5 frozen, slightly thawed Manzano Bananas (otherwise known as apple bananas) 2 Tablespoons of Cacao Powder (I used this one ) 3 sprigs of fresh peppermint 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla hemp milk (my fave) While bananas are still frozen and slightly thawed cut them in half and add to a blender or food processor (I used a food processor).
