Amazing Dairy-Free Chocolate Mint “Ice Cream”

Chocolate Mint “Ice Cream”


5 frozen, slightly thawed Manzano Bananas (otherwise known as apple bananas)
2 Tablespoons of Cacao Powder (I used this one )
3 sprigs of fresh peppermint 
1/2 cup of  unsweetened vanilla hemp milk (my fave)
While bananas are still frozen and slightly thawed cut them in half and add to a blender or food processor (I used a food processor).  Add the 2 Tablespoons of cacao powder, sprigs of peppermint and hemp milk (or any vanilla unsweetened non-dairy milk).  If using a food processor pulse a couple of times before processing fully.  If using a blender blend until smooth and incorporated.  
Scoop out and enjoy!!!
*If you have any left you can store the remaining in a glass storage container and place in the freezer.  When ready to eat just let it sit a while till it gets a little softer, stir until you have the soft serve consistency again.
